Faten Ben Bouheni, Ph.D., HDR, is Associate Professor of Finance and Real Estate at Menlo College in Atherton, California. Her research covers asset pricing, bank performance and risk, FinTech and private equity, sustainable finance, and REITs and real estate markets. She has authored or co-authored more than 25 peer-reviewed papers, in journals including Economic Modelling, Research in International Business and Finance, Annals of Operations Research, The Journal of Risk Finance, and the Journal of Asset Management.
She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Télécom Business School and the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) in Finance from CNAM, France. Before joining Menlo College, she was Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting and Head of International Research at ISC Business School in Paris, Visiting Professor of Finance at San Diego State University, and Lecturer of Finance at San Francisco State University. She founded the Finance Hybrid Conference series at Menlo College.
